The Church Tour provides a detailed look at our church building and its use in our worship services.
Why do Orthodox churches have domes? Why are doors in sets of three? What is the significance of the screen that separates the altar from the rest of the church? These questions and more will be answered on the tour.  Guests will also receive a glimpse of Orthodox worship practices and spiritual life. Best of all, you will be able to enjoy and learn about our beautiful hand-painted iconography! Photographs are permitted and questions are
encouraged.

What Is Orthodox Christianity?
A presentation led by our parish priest, Rev. Father Nicolaos Kotsis, focuses on the Orthodox Christian faith and its rich theology and history. Explore the beginnings of the Christian faith in the Roman Empire, and the ways in which was later shaped by the seven Great Ecumenical Councils. This presentation offers a fascinating tour through early church history.

Christianity in the Middle East
The Middle East is the cradle of the three great Abrahamic faiths and a region that is constantly in the news.  Unbeknownst to many, there are still native Christian traditions there, many of which date back to ancient times. This presentation explores those Christian traditions, their struggles over the centuries, and the ways in which they have influenced Christianity in the West. It also looks at the modern state of Christianity in the region.

The Life of Saint Nicholas
Explore the life of one of history’s most famous and beloved Christian saints, led by our parish priest, Rev. Father Nicolaos Kotsis. Learn about his noble beginnings in Asia Minor, his humble ascetic life in the Holy Land, his influence as a bishop at the First Council of Nicaea, and some of the many miracles attributed to him. Get to know the man behind the Santa Claus myth.
